Dear Robert---January 2010 was a particularly outstanding "blog". Everything in it was rich and pertinent. I have a suggestion, if it fits in with your format: Could you print a story each month of how your site's version of qigong (Five Flows) has positively worked out in people's lives. The featured personality and her struggle with RA was really terrific. Its very encouraging to read such stories. You see, we who are out here in the small town world of podunkland where few have even heard of qigong, much less teach it, are solitarily dependent upon your DVD. There's no one to talk to about our experiences. Further, the results of qigong are not instant. We're talking 2-3 months anyhow. Sometimes it's a challenging to keep on keeping on just because we made a personal commitment with ourselves. I have been following your DVD for 2 weeks now and have experienced already a calming in my spirit. I am hoping for more of the vitality you speak of, however. I am a Sjogren's Syndrome patient (20 years) and have been paddling upstream on that issue for quite sometime. I'm 74 years old and determined to maintain vitality and health and alertness until my last breath. Stories from others on how this qigong method is working for them would be very helpful and encouraging.
